Disney Club Penguin

Disney Club Penguin Review: My 10 year old daughter loves Club Penguin on the computer. She is an excellent judge, therefore, to say if the DS version is at least as good as the online version. She plays this game very frequently and said it is as good if not better than the online version, esp. since you have the dual screens providing information, etc.

Disney Club Penguin Description: Based on the family friendly Club Penguin online community, Elite Penguin Force introduces the web-based characters and arctic island setting to a handheld audience. As a member of the Elite Penguin Force, you’ll use gadgets, vehicles, and other devices to complete various objectives.

Nerf-N-Strike Bundle

Nerf-N-Strike Bundle Review: We bought this for my son’s 5th birthday. From the moment he opened this he was ready to play. B.O.B. the robot helper tells you everything from a brief gun description to what to do on each level, this really helps since my son cannot read just yet. My husband took over for a bit and had a blast. The gun adapter really adds to the fun and you just pull the trigger like you are really shooting, which is nice. We are going out tomorrow to pick up another gun so father and son can play together. This is a must for any boy.

Nerf-N-Strike Bundle Review: Bought this for my wife for her birthday. She loves it. Tons of fun multiplayer action. It only comes with three microdarts, too easy to lose them all. Good game, though.

Pokemon Ranger

Pokemon Ranger Review: Shadows of almia is a LOT better than the first one. The story mode walks you more clearer through the game. The first one was a little scrambled but this one is a lot more clearer. I’m still currently playing and cant seem to put it down.. Can’t wait to get further into the game and see what more unfolds! Also can’t wait to get the special quests done!

Pokemon Ranger Review: I am currently playing Pokemon Ranger: shadows of almia, and it is so different from the first. The missions which in the first lacked somewhat, are a lot harder. You also have Quests, which are things you are asked to do by villagers. When you first start out in the game you are a student at a Ranger school, where you learn how to play the game. After graduating you are sent to your home in chicole town. But you are a ranger in Veil town, which is nextdoor.

Carnival Games

Carnival Games Review: I would highly recommend this game. I decided we would go out and get this so my son and I would have something to play together. We love to play games together but I am not into the shooting games and such he likes. He is 9 and he plays this with his friends and he and I play it together. I love it and it even gives me exercise in the process. I find it to be pretty realistically true in the movement. As a single mom who loves finding things fun to do with her son I definitely recommend this.

Carnival Games Review: My family and I loved this game. It is a lot of fun and brings back the memories of the fair. It is more fun played as a family than one person alone. It is a great way to spend quality time together and play games that you enjoy at the fairs. Good luck and have fun with this game.

Mario Super Sluggers

Mario Super Sluggers Review: This was a gift for my grandson who is 14 and enjoys electronic games. He likes it a lot, much more than other ones he already have. He was expecting to have it since other friends have the same game and they were overly happy with it.

Mario Super Sluggers Review: This game is super Mario fun, and I love the characters the super swings the super piches, the last second point and everything about It. But, it’s realy hard to do a charge swing because you have to do a perfect hit, at a perfect time and pray that you don’t get a out and get a home run. Also, the challenge kinda sucks; you have to find characters and do a scout mission to unlock them and then face Bowser Jr. to unlock the baseball field. But, I will say you should get it for hours of fun.

Active Life Outdoor Challenge

Active Life Outdoor Challenge Review: I’m a 46 year old mom and have been using the Wii Fit for over 6 months. As much as I love my Wii Fit, the Wii Outdoor Challenge is a great addition to give you some variety. It’s a great way to exercise. This is like being in a video game where your body movements control the screen action. No confusing button combinations and you don’t need to be a video game expert to use it. Everyone in my family from the kids (15-24), to mom and dad, and grandma all use and love it.

You can add the minutes you spend on the Wii Outdoor Challenge into your Wii Fit log if you’re keeping track of your exercise time and you can use your favorite Mii for both games. Although each game is great on its own, I’d recommend both the WiiFit and Wii Outdoor Challenge for anyone trying to get into or stay in shape. It’s cheaper than a gym membership and much more fun & convenient.

LEGO Batman

LEGO Batman Review: We all love playing this game and my 5 yr old son received it for his birthday as he had been wanting it after seeing it on tv. He loves playing this game and of course gets everyone else to help him get all his guys unlocked and we all get involved in playing it and don’t want to give it back to him haha. This is a fun great game as well as the indiana jones one he received also.

LEGO Batman Review: Maybe you have the trusty PlayStation 2 and are unwilling to shell out a car payment or two to for the PlayStation 3. Fear not! They are still releasing new games for the PS2 and one of the latest is Lego Batman.

Mario Kart Wii with Wii Wheel

Mario Kart Wii with Wii Wheel Review: Great classic game. Much better than NES or DS. Bought one for my 28 year old son and one for my 8 year old grandsons. They love it. I’m not so good at it. Need an extra Wii wheel with it for each player.

Mario Kart Wii with Wii Wheel Review: While not the best thing to look at in the graphics department (especially during multiplayer races), this game manages to be extremely fun. The control scheme(s) are great, and while I am better when using the Wiimote/nunchuch scheme, I find myself wanting to use the Wii Wheel most often because it adds to the fun. The bottom line here is that everyone can enjoy this game, and the multiplayer never gets old. The best thing I can say about this game is that I will be playing it for as long as I own a Wii. A definite must buy for the Wii.

Dora the Explorer

Dora the Explorer Review: Both my daughters who are 4 and 5 yrs old enjoyed playing this game. This purchase was a replacement for one that they had played with so much, that the cd was no longer readable. I would highly recommend this for your little one. Great color graphics and lots of fun.

Dora the Explorer Description: Dora’s Teddy Bear, Osito, is lost. Join Dora, Boots, Backpack and Map on a journey to the Lost City, a mysterious, hidden place where all things go when they get lost. Along the way, you’ll meet Pirate Pig, Mama Bugga Bugga and Senor Tucan, and help them find their lost objects, too. Be on the lookout for hidden stars throughout the game and collect them all in the Star Pocket on Backpack.

Kung Fu Panda

Kung Fu Panda Review: I rented this game, because I loved the movie, so I gave the game a chance. And what do you know, the game turned out to be very entertaining. The game has good actions sequences, with more villians like the crocodiles, wolves, boars, and powerful gorillas. The storyline is similar to the film, but is slightly different as well.

The enviroments are beautiful! Better than I expected from this game title. The game also features some extras and the multi-player challenges as well. The final battle is with Tai Lung and it is the best battle in the entire game.
